The more details you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. Typically, we can provide a quote along with an estimated completion time within 3 business days. While most projects are booked several months in advance, we may occasionally accommodate rush orders (subject to an additional fee)—just submit your request, and we’ll do our best to meet your timeline!
For the consultation process, please come prepared with the following:
Concept or Color Scheme: Bring a proof-of-concept model or have a clear idea of your desired color scheme, faction, or theme.
Timeline: Know your expected timeline. When would you like your project to be "table-ready"?
Project Details: Have a list of the models/units you need work on, and the quality level you're aiming for (tabletop, display, etc.).
Model Condition: Will you be sending fully assembled models, sub-assemblies, or do you need us to build them?
(Note: we are not responsible for missing or lost pieces once models are received).If we need to purchase models or materials for you, the full cost of those materials must be included in your upfront deposit.
Once all details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to start your project. After receiving the deposit, we will order any necessary materials from mutually agreed upon vendors, which usually takes 1-2 weeks. The overall turnaround time depends on the project's size and complexity, but our goal is to complete most projects within 3-6 months of the initial deposit.
